When I first connected it there was a bad leak from one of the connections in the back. I had to fix it myself. I should not have had to do that.

Works great for an industrial setting!

We have Avalon water coolers located in all of our breakrooms. The coolers look great and are easy to keep up with. Kyle was so supportive when it came to helping us with trouble shooting and replacing our damaged unit. They're very good at walking you through the whole process. I'm very content with the coolers and with their customer service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Functioning well

Water filter looks good and so far is functioning well. I noticed one thing that the taste of water was not very different from tap water. Maybe limitation is due to 2 filters in this particular model. I really like the press paddle feature as people do not have to touch the paddles. I think it would help to have a four filter model with press paddles as well and we would have gone for that one then.
