Can be a good product

We used to have one, it lasted 4 years. This one stopped working after three weeks. I trust customer service will take care of it.

Great, but….

We bought it 2 weeks ago, it works fine, but there was one time the cold water stopped and it wasn’t cooling it anymore. So we reset the cooler and it worked afterwards. So far we are satisfied except for that one incident. We hope it doesn’t happen every 2 weeks!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far we really like it. It is a bit slower than the bigger machines and the water is not quite as cold. Other than that, we like it just fine.
