Perfect for our needs

Hot water is truly boiling hot water and cold. Water is very cold. No ice Needed.
Easy to install We personally split off the water, going to the refrigerator for ice to also go to the water system. We chose to buy a refrigerator Without water in the fridge. So this was the perfect solution for our needs.

Love the features, installation was troublesome

Installation was troublesome. My current water outlet was using a 1/4 braided hose. The kit did not come with parts to hook up my water connection so I had to purchase parts to make it work.

Easy installation

Instructions were straightforward, the height was a bit taller than 19". I needed to be exactly 19" and so I needed to take off the 4 rubber legs in order to get enough clearance to stick it between my counter and cupboard

Good at first, doesn't last.

2nd unit I've had in just a few years and I'm already having trouble with this one after only about 6 months. Water doesn't get cold. Last one started freezing up on me but at least that one lasted a little over 2 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cold water stopped working after three months. Thats why they offer 30 day warranty:/

I bought the second one last week, we had the first one for the last year and works perfect, its for a samll office of 20 people the most and we love it. filter change is easy and has all the instructions.
