Easy installation

Instructions were straightforward, the height was a bit taller than 19". I needed to be exactly 19" and so I needed to take off the 4 rubber legs in order to get enough clearance to stick it between my counter and cupboard

2nd unit I've had in just a few years and I'm already having trouble with this one after only about 6 months. Water doesn't get cold. Last one started freezing up on me but at least that one lasted a little over 2 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the second one last week, we had the first one for the last year and works perfect, its for a samll office of 20 people the most and we love it. filter change is easy and has all the instructions.

So far so good, I had an Avalon water dispenser before but it didn't last very long. Replacing the one i had before lasted around 5 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!
