We love this unit. It is always ready to serve. The hot water is perfect for tea and the cold water is just at the right temperature. Highly recommended.

Cannot find troubleshooting. Hot light went on but no water comes out and light out. Turned off heating element. Then unplugged unit. Still no hot water . Cold seems to work fine.

Leaked underneath unit after first 2 hours of usage. Noticed an internal leaking coming from the hose connected at the bottom of the cold water tank.
