Best Tech Support Experience

Currently we have 3 Avalon water dispensers at my place of employment. Our staff uses them all day, every day. When we had problems with two of the units, I reached out for help. I was ready to give up, but Michaela H. in tech support is top notch. She convinced me she would stick with me until we fixed or replaced the units. After several emails & calls of troubleshooting, she helped me fix one and promptly sent a replacement part for the other one. They're both working great now thanks to her knowledge and patience. Thanks again, Michaela!

This is a great water dispenser! I had to buy a new one because the original was killed by a power outage. Lesson learned. We now have a surge protector. Thank you!!

Bottle less Water Dispenser is such a convenience to have at home. Saving on CA CRV and saving on space where we would stack cases of water and the recycling that needed to get done, so saving time too!
