My building has 3 of these units. One on every floor. They perform perfectly. The unit in our 911 Dispatch area is having some beeping issues but otherwise it is working great. Ryan is helping me work through the problem. He has been very helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Buyer Beware- Breaks Down Immediately After Warentee

Within sixteen months the Thermostat broke on it so the cold water reservoir freezes and prevents the machine from dispensing water. When troubleshooting i was told warrantee only lasts 12months :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
