Received our water cooler, set it up and found a leak. I called avalon customer service and had the privilege of speaking to Michaela. She was kind, respectful and help me identify the issue right away. We have a new part coming! I understand in shipping things happen, but her dedication to her customers was awesome. Keep up the great work Michaela your great attitude is contagious :)

It took a long time to get cold water to temperature tor light to turn out. Would prefer filters were not visible. Also, did not receive the unit I ordered. I did not notice until the plumber finished installing it.
