easy install , nice hardware kit , Quite operation , look like a well made machine hopefully it last for a long time, manual is missing information nothing about the ozone button what is it for !!!

The product was fairly easy to install

The product was fairly easy to install the filters takes a little while to clean out to have good tasting water. Getting the hose out of the side of the filter to filter it was kind of difficult, with so.e hard tugging and pulling into came out.

Instructions were vague. Could have been a bit more detailed. Cold water comes out really cold and hot water comes out really hot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The products gave me works like a charm. Even when I had the unit broke down, customer service took care of my situation, although it was a bit long I eventually got a replacement that was better than my last unit. Great job!
I would recommend this to a friend!
