Video over manual

manual is much more confusing than it should've been. Videos were more helpful and straight forward. Should also explain how to quick release the compression fittings.

Bought to replace a bottled machine. The water tastes amazing and it is so great to always get cold drinking water! Way quieter then my other water machine too

Less than a month the lights were flashing. We had to replace the filter and it's expensive.

Couldn't be happier

Couldn't be happier with this system - it's compact, was easy to set up, hot water is instant and both hot and cold come out the perfect temperature. It's exactly what we needed in our office.
