The zipper on one of

The zipper on one of the front pockets is broken, the other one is rough to open and close. Also the material stains easily.

Great warranty

This is a warranty replacement for a previous purchase. The handle broke on my other one and when I contacted the company, they were great with the process to fix/replace the luggage.

Purchased for a trip - works very well, and holds quite an impressive amount of clothing. The only change I would make is on the outside zipper pockets. The second pocket could be deep enough for papers or a magazine, but instead it is only about 3-4 inches deep. A weird size for usability.

Upside down inside zippered lid pouch

I upgraded because I love Travelpro, and always buy Travelpro, but the zippered inside section on the lid of the suitcase zips upside down. So when the suitcase is sitting on a stand, with the lid open and leaning on a wall, the zipper opens on the bottom, closer to the inside of the suitcase. This makes no sense to me and makes the zippered lid less usable. It's too bad because I really like the brand in general. It's very durable and an excellent size for domestic carry on.

Tough

Our house burnt down so both my wife and I needed to replace out luggage. She got a Victorinox carryon. After 2 trips the Victorinox looks notably worn. The Platinum Elite had no visible signs of wear.
Great handle - I am 6'6" tall, and the handle was tall enough to pull this bag nicely

This is my second Travelpro luggage. The first one I used for 30 years and its still going. I wanted something lighter in weight but same size. I'm getting use to the new piece but I like it so far. I selected dark brown color and it looks great plus it's different from everyone else's black bags.
