I've been using this suitcase primarily for 3-5 day business trips and some weekend leisure travel. Very easy to pack. Dress shirts arrive at my desination unwrinkled. Even though it's within guidleines to carry-on, I've been checking it - very durable and still looks like new. Smooth rolling wheels and a comfortable handle make navigating airports and rental car parking garages easy.

As a former flight attendant I have always used Travelpro. I had my last bag (crew issued) for over 25 years and I was scared to upgrade.I was worried the quality would change from crew issued to bags strictly for business travel. I finally decided to take the plunge, keeping my last bag on Standby in case this one was not as good. I just took my first seven day business trip with my new Platinum Elite and this bag is AWESOME! I packed for all seven days with this bag. The well thought out layout had room for all my clothes, shoes and my laptop. In addition, the wheels are smooth and glide through the airport and the bag is lighter than my previous Travelpro. I am very happy with my purchase and plan to have this bag another 25+ years!

Beautiful Suitcase - Powerbank pocket specs

I purchased this suitcase because *I thought* mine was stolen 3 weeks ago. Got a call today that it's being returned, but I love this new one, so it's staying! :) My only gripe is with the powerbank pocket. I found ZERO guidance on what to get and the dimensions are a little small for the powerbank I purchased (OF course). Would be helpful if they would suggest powerbanks that fit in this suitcase, or at the very least, give the dimensions of the powerbank pocket..

I have traveled the world, bumped across third world environments and even used my roll- aboard as a pillow on a bus in Africa. After 10 years of use and abuse this case just keeps on going. The only issue, which just happened after 10 years is the zipper started to give way due to over-packing. No complaints. This is absolutely the best!

This suitcase replaced a TravelPro that I had for the last 15 years. I loved it so much I had replaced about every wearable part on that case over this span of time. Now the major zipper ripped due to poor baggage handling by airline and decided its time to get a new one. This one does not disappoint. Very well constructed and excellent use of the space. I believe I will have this one for the next 15 years. Happy customer.
