I’ve had 2 previous versions of this bag which I’ve used for the past 30+ years of frequent domestic and international travel. These bags are great and I expect the same from this new bag which has a much better design than the previous versions.

Most of the zippers are good. One of my side zippers with the battery pack area likes to skip a tooth and not zip fully. :(. Seems like a lesser quality zipper than the other metal zippers.

Finally found a bag that works!

Super well appointed and organized. This bag is for my husband who travels frequently for both business and pleasure. I finally found one that has a built in hanging organizer and is big enough for a 6’2” man’s suit coat. I have tried several brands and types of suitcases to replace my husband’s Tumi bag of over 20 years, which is falling apart. This one finally fit the bill! It appears to be very good quality, but of course only time and use will tell.

Removable sections would be nice.

The bag seems solid. I would like to be able to zip out/remove the garment folding section. I don't always need it when I travel. At least one of the other inside sections can be removed by unzipping it.

I’ve bought my second set. The first one took years of use and abuse. It has been even better than the original recommendation.
And no one bothers me looking at the logo.

When I did finally wear thru a handle, the service department was there with a new one.

Perfect sized bag.

Great size big enough for a 4 day business trip and still easily fits in the overhead. , When I use packing cubes I can get a weeks work of clothing. The wheels are very smooth and the handle is sturdy looking forward to using it for many years.

Very attractive bag. Wheels work well. Zippers are a little tight around the corners; I’m wondering how long they will last. The hanging clothes section does not zip out completely like my last Travelpro. The bag handle intrudes into the interior of he case as do the bars for the handle. This takes up storage space.
