I am delighted with my purchase. I bought this on the recommendation of my sibling, who travels frequently. It meets the size requirement of airlines and is very functional. Very durable as well, based on my sister’s extensive travel experience. I love the color. It moves easily through the airport. I recommend this to anyone who travels.

I’ve purchased this same size bag but in a different color and the wheels made no noise when turning. The olive green bag makes noise when turning the wheels. The smaller carry on bag is fine.

Traveling for work for >2 decades and then another decade for leisure , I have almost exclusively used TravelPro, from computer cases to full suiters to carry-on and check-n bags. I wanted to upgrade to a spinner and this was it.
1- I love the clothing fasteners as they hold down the contents without creasing.
2 - the locking zippers are great. Some other tie down/protection for the other zippers would be great as the front pouch zipper was ripped off my last TravelPro earlier this year.
3 - not sure why you added a suiter?(never before in this size check in) I love to use the internal pocket (garment folder removed) for misc and accessing it around the base (bottom of the open lid) instead of the top causes contents to fall out.
4 - spinner wheels were fantastic and durable on recent trip all over Morocco
5 - please think about placing the retractable handle mechanism on the outside, as other makers have done - to create a flat internal packing area. Handle moves smoothly
6 - small exterior zipper pocket kind of useless
7 - love the classic look,. . though, for the first time in my life, I will be getting a protective skin! (always had black luggage before)
8 - built-in id holder was a great addition - tags get shredded
9 - would like more room in the large outer pocket - gusseted, but I couldn't fit much in (usually flat shoes)
