Love the bag, but literally,

Love the bag, but literally, first use on a Southwest Airlines flight and the handle does not want to pull out as smoothly as it initially did, so not sure whether to be more disappointed in the bag or SW!

Returned — the size was way too small but the large is larger than airlines permit?? Don't know how they chose the sizes of these. I love the trunk style but such a bummer because capacity is so much lower than what checked baggage allows.

I return both of these items because it was very unhappy with the Quality. I have older Travel pro pieces that still hold up but these new ones just weren’t very nice. The pull-up handle did not work and the material lips scruffy even though I just unpacked it. I returned them.

Thrilled with this bag. Strikes a great balance of quality without being absurdly expensive. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go the next size up, buy this seems sufficient for all but my longest winter trips.
