Excellent, especially ease of rolling. But it is bigger than my old one (Victorinox) and heavier with the decorative hardware. Even so, I like the Traveler very much.

Beautifully Designed and Chic

I am so in love with this luggage. I ordered the olive green and it was much richer looking than I’d imagined. I just took it on my first domestic trip and it held up so well. It is a little big for a medium size, I’d prefer a little smaller, but it’s so nice. The wheels are smooth, the lock is a great thing and easy to use, the storage compartments are just right. I like that the contents inside get held down. And having outside pockets is important to me. I am so happy with this I ordered the smaller check-in size for lighter trips. This medium size will be perfect for overseas trips. For shorter trips I will use the carry on size. I do wish there was an in-between size. The difference is too great.

Quality is no the same

Quality is no the same as of a couple of years ago,
Even if you had to increase the price you should have not gut corners on quality,
Such as the handles now only have one screw not two on each side.
You should have not been so difficult with a previous flight attendant.
