Smooth Roller

I have only used it once, but this is a terrific suitcase. I walk with a cane so having a suitcase that rolls easily is critical. This suitcase moved with ease, despite it being full for a two-week trip. I also like the garment holder, which works well for the dresses I usually take. It gives me an option I didn't have before.

I purchased one Travelpro Platinum

I purchased one Travelpro Platinum Elite 21” and two 25” for a two week European cruise. All 3 pieces worked flawlessly and returned home in great shape. Here are the things that I really liked about the luggage:
(1) the luggage traveled over all types of pavement with ease - including crack/joints in concrete, brick pavement and asphalt with cracks.
(2) I thought the wardrobe carrier in the top lid was going to be a joke or nuisance; however, it turn out be quit useful and packed a suit and sport jacket without wrinkles.
(3) very stylish. I bought the black & there are a lot of black luggage that looks very similar. Took a while to find ours.
(4) handles are comfortable & can be adjusted in height. They felt structurally sound as we rolled through the airport & cruise terminal.
(5) I love the various zip up pockets on the exterior. Very easy to organize and retrieve travel items. This was one reason I went with this style over the hard shell.
I can highly recommend the Travelpro Platinum Elite luggage.

Perfect size and strong

Recently bought this for a trip to Europe. It was the perfect size for holding all I needed and was easily manageable on train transits. The wheels work great, smooth and maneuverable on all types of terrain in European cities. Bought another one for my spouse.

My 5th TravelPro Platinum case, so I am very happy with these suitcases. They roll easily on any surfaces, stand up to the beating from baggage handlers, and best of all, the warranty service is reliable and top notch.

Top notch construction

I purchased the Platinum® Elite 25” Check-In Spinner and am very impressed with the design, as well as the quality of materials and construction. The number of accessory pockets is impressive. The design of the suit compartment is perfect and a testament to Travel-Pro's commitment to efficiency of design. The casters function extremely smoothly and such an improvement over the in-line skating wheels on my old Travel-Pro suitcase, which although worn, is still perfectly functional. After two decades of reliable use, it was time to retire it after some 25 years and get the latest quality luggage from Travel-Pro. I fully expect the same reliability and longevity from my Platinum® Elite 25” Check-In Spinner.
