The shipping box was damaged.

The shipping box was damaged. The extendable handle will not extend. We no longer have the label from the shipping box, so returning it is difficult.

I just retired my last set of Travelpro which I bought in 2008 and I’ve traveled all over the world with. I absolutely love Travelpro I would never buy anything else!! After retiring the first set I’ve ever owned and I bought this 25 inch and also the 21 inch carry-on that has the battery pack and I love them both I especially love the fold out piece- for suits, The integrated locks, the leather trim, and I love the upgraded wheels! I loved my old set, but this set is so much better with the upgrades and the better wheels and it’s even lighter than my first set- Im super excited!!

I’m a second time TravelPro purchaser and came back for a lighter, newer version for an upcoming trip to South America. Love the design, new wheels and roomy interior with multiple pockets.
Having just had surgery I especially appreciate the lightness and ease of handling. And I haven’t even gone yet… just having fun packing🙂
