Just bought, have only used once, but so far, am delighted. Large capacity, leather details make it easy to find on the luggage carousel, seems like it will take a beating and last a long time.

Have tried to reach company to advise bag looked like it was used when it arrived. The insides all unzipped and straps elongated and moved, with the creases not where mfg set as per my other delivered bag, no manual or tags and no one from company responded to my emails and notifications. Not sure what to do. But didn’t want to pay good money for a used bag. Disappointed.

easily tips

The 25" is light & rolls easily; however, it easily - very easily - tips (flips?) forward when rolling. Have to pull up on the handle when rolling on any uneven surface, e.g. cobblestone, separations in sidewalk, etc. Friend has the same case and tripped over it twice - it tipped forward and over she went!
