I purchase Premium Elite medium

I purchase Premium Elite medium checkin suitcase. I tried to set pin on lock and suitcase did not open. Tried original combination of 000. I had to return suitcase which was not easy. I have to go through multiple hoops to get return label.

I love my new piece

I love my new piece of luggage. My 20 yr old medium bag is 3 pounds heavier. I like having 4 wheels as opposed to 2, the inside has enough pockets & enough room. It seems sturdy and is attractive & utilitarian.

I'm using my TravelPro luggage for the first time on a cruise and travel in Europe. It looks great and rolls like a dream. The storage pockets and cubes really helped with organizing my clothes.

Perfect size, rolls easily even when loaded to 50 lbs! We bought our first Travelpro years ago and it is the only brand we will buy. They are well made and last a long time, and we travel often. The adjustable height of the handle is perfect as I'm short and my husband is tall.

The luggage is beautiful. Bought it for my husband to take on our cruise to Alaska. I have been buying Travel Pro for years. And I bought it for my grandchildren when they graduated from High School. Them and their luggage made many trips to school and back.
