Wanted to love it...

I bought the Rocket Pro Dlx to replace the Rocket (Model HV 301) I had been using for over 8 years. I was so excited for my New Rocket stick vacuum. I loved the new design and larger capacity of the dust cup, the step release for the wand and the light on the vacuum head. The cord on the Pro Dlx is a couple of feet shorter than the Rocket I was replacing, but I could deal with that since this model was so much nicer. I've now had my new vacuum for 15 months and it is already falling apart. The front wheels on the head/nozzle are broken and one of them is stuck. While the vacuum itself is still fully functional, I'm extremely disappointed that the wheels have already broken, especially since my previous Shark Rocket had served me well for so many years. I cannot recommend this product and I will not be buying another.

Worthless

By far the worst vacuum I have ever used. You might as well live alone, have no pets and be the cleanest person on this earth for this vacuum to be effective at its job. I have to clean the filters after every use or it won’t suck properly and when it does suck anything up, it spits it all out as soon as I turn it off. The wand gets clogged constantly hand I have to shove a long stick up it to clean it out. This is a horrible vaccum. Will never but shark brand again. This is my second vacuum from this brand that I have absolutely hated.

Not worth purchasing

Don't waste your money. I have 1 dog and pet hair gets clogged in the vacuum head. It will not pick up out door debris such as grass or leaves. Works okay on throw rugs. But horrible on area rugs that have medium shag, it embeds stuff in the carpet. I'll nver buy another shark again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Geat Vaccum.. The engineering design for the wires at the top near the head need to be corrected . Old one and new one are the same. do you ever review warranty claims?

POOR QUALITY AND MISSING ACCESSORIES

The quality of the product is not the same as i expected compared to the original one I did buy few years ago for exactly the same model.
The quality of the accessories is also poor, in front my original one
It did come with not NEEDED ACCESSORIES again compared to my original one.
I was disappointed to see the same NECK AT THE FOOT of the machine.
TERRIBLE THAT THIS HAS NOT IMPROVED by you DESPITE THE LARGE NUMBER OF BAD REVIEWS.
I DID REPAIR it by myself IN MY ORIGINAL MACHINE.
I WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED BY QUALITY AND MISSING ACCESSORIES

Roller stopped spinning. Go to open up the housing for the roller and discovered they used Torx screws EVERYWHERE????????????????????????????????????????
But wait they're not just standard Torx screws which I'm willing to bet 1 in 20 American household has the proper screwdriver for...NOPE...it's some weirdo Torx screw with a piece sticking out in the center. So not only do you need a Torx screwdriver, you need a Torx screw driver with a HOLLOWED OUT CENTER??????????????????????????????
But wait they're not just standard Torx screws which I'm willing to bet 1 in 20 American household has the proper screwdriver for...NOPE...it's some weirdo Torx screw with a piece sticking out in the center. Good Vaccum that works on both carpet & hardfloors

Great small Vacuum, it's light and has a great capacity for its size. It doesn't clog as easy as some vacuums do and is great for owners with pets.
I would recommend this to a friend!
