Light and maneuvering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you so much influencers for sending me to test Shark Rocket Pro vacuum. I had older version of shark rocket vacuum which I like a lot for its ease of usability and being portable. I love this rocket pro vacuum for same reasons with extra points for order neutralizer and light benefits. I use to hate that order after you use vacuum specially when you use it on carpet. With this order neutralizer technology I don’t feel that order anymore. Also it has light near bottom which will help you to use this during late evenings time. I love that I can use same one vacuum for my hardwood floors and carpet. It’s easy to wash its filter after every use. And it’s easy to dispose the accumulated waste. I only notice that this new model has less attachments then the older version. I am going to use this vacuum everyday!

Bummed.... missing a special feature.

Just used today on hardwood floors...works fine so far BUT I find that it doesn't stand alone. Who makes vacuums that don't stand alone? It's so annoying to stop the vacuum rest it on something so I can either pick something up that shouldn't go into a vacuum (coins, metal clips, etc) or move furniture. To store you have to lean on a wall and then careful it doesn't fall over. I'm seriously thinking of returning just on that alone.

I brought this shark vacuum since the old one broke down and can't be repaired. Its the same look on our old Shark HV3840S which serve use for 10 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for what it is ..

Purchased about a month ago since my old rocket bit the dust and of course no parts available to fix it. Compared to my old rocket this one works about the same, but I do like the ability to remove dust in without having to drag around the whole hand held part. My cats hair sticks more to this brush roll than it did my original as well. I do find this unit to be slightly lighter than my older unit. If a replacement brush roll motorized floor head were available I would have just fixed my old one as it has done well over the years. The main filters in the new unit are slightly smaller than the ones on my older unit, meaning you'll need to wash or rinse them more often. I still use my old unit as a duster, or general cleaning and the new unit for carpet, vinyl floors and such. Old unit still works great except no motorized floor attachment, so it's great for outside security door cleaning, dusting mainly or for around windows and such. I have a full sized Shark Navigator Pro lift away but now with osteoarthritis, heart issues, and spinal issues the Rocket is so much easier to handle and use for it's lighter weight. But as for pick up or heavy duty vacuuming of the carpet, the Navigator is my go to unit... Love That Vac!! All that's wrong with the old Rocket is the brush roll itself has many missing brushes and the short swivel part with the hose, the hose has completely broken away from motorized part... The older rocket was given to me not knowing it was about to retire itself. But I would still be using it if I could have gotten a new motorized part for the floor. But this new one will have to prove itself yet.... 😎
