Great cooling mat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this 16 " dual fan chill mat for about a month now and it's a great cooling mat. I tend to sit with my laptop on my lap and it tends to over heat quickly since I run hot and I have to say so far no problems. I can now sit my laptop on my lap for a couple of hours without my laptop over heating. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality chill mat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Targus' Dual Fan Chill Mat has solved my problem with my computer overheating. When I have my computer on top, I don't have to worry about the heating it was creating on my table. Glad I got this, now no more worries.

This gives a nice sturdy stand and keeps the laptop nice and cool. At first, she thought the fans were distracting, but after a few minutes, you don't notice them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This size of the the chill fan was the perfect size for my laptop, kept my laptop very cool and I didn’t have to worry about overheating like I normally do. The chill bar in s a compact size so you can take it anywhere.

Great for working from home!

I usually sit on the couch throughout the day to work and without the chill mat my computer and lap get hot and my computer tends to load slower. The mat has been great in ensuring my computer doesn’t overheat!

I bought 2 Targus chill products and an extended warranty. I got nothing. I got 2 products that failed shortly after I received them and a warranty that was never fulfilled.

WARNING TO APPLE USERS!

The 2023 Apple MacBook only has Thunderbolt 4 ports (USB-C). You will have to buy an adapter or another power cable to use this cooling pad.
Targus indicates the laptop connection end of the pad's power cable is USB-A, but they're too lazy to tell you the cable connection to the pad is Mini-B. One needs to know that if they're going to locate a power cable which will work with their Apple laptop.
And don't bother consulting Targus customer support. They asked me to take a photo of the power cable they sell so they could figure out the issue. Then they told me only to use the cable which comes with the pad. Then they made excuses for not providing a cable which will connect to current Apple laptops.
