It is running as it should. Just let it warm up. I am finding the first squirt is water after that steam will start. Wish it came with two pads as a starter.

It’s the cutest cleaning device I’ve ever owned. Very efficiently and thoughtfully built. There is a place for all the accessories to allow it to be a self contained unit. I’ve used it twice to clean the bathroom floor, shower and the kitchen (counters, stove top, sink, and floor). Wonderful! Prost to saving time and reducing the use of chemicals!

Too much water comes out, about 1/2 cup not only initially but also between very short intervals, very disappointed as the unit was to be of quality compared to other models.

I bought this about a month ago and I have been looking for more places to clean with this. I got a power nozzle and it works great. I will get more attachments so that I don't have to use the same brush that I used in the bathroom to clean the kitchen.
