Didn't realize how dirty our tile was until I used the SC 3 upright. Heats up very quickly. Replacement for Eureka Enviro Steamer which finally gave out. Won't be using the carpet attachment as we have only tile throughout the house.

I love the way this machine puts out steam. I love the options for wood, floor and carpet. This steamer puts out a lot more steam then my previous HAAN steamer. I love the washable floor pads. This machine ROCKS!

I love this floor cleaner! It’s very easy to use and clean. With the winter months it’s been a lifesaver with all of the wet slushy snow being tracked into our home. I have a toddler and it gives me great price of mind to know that floor that he has been playing on is sanitary and safe. This is a must for those with health concerns.

Works well but difficult to set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item works well once you can get it set up and working. The instructions were difficult to understand. The quick start guide has no words. Only pictures which makes it difficult to figure out. It took reading the manual almost cover to cover to feel confident that I set it up correctly and wouldn't ruin my floors. Once that was done it was easy to use and did a good job. I wish it had a way to lock the trigger as my hand got tired holding the dteam trigger. Overall a very useful cleaning tool.

Cleans and sanitizes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heats up quickly and swivels around furniture and toilet with ease. Im still set in my ways for mopping floors, but this seals the cleaning for me and makes my hardwood floors streak free. I’ve used on hardwoods, stone tile, and marble tile. Even after mopping, the steam cleaner still lifts up dirt and grime. I recently was cleaning the grout lines in my laundry room and after scrubbing out the dirt and doing a quick wipe away/mop I used the steamer it really removed all the dirt and lifted away the stains and my grout lines were sparkling new. I’m not giving this all the credit as I did scrub each line but cleanup and final look was much easier and cleaner than before. My only complaint is the length of the cord and the speed at which you need to go. It is time consuming because you’re supposed to go slow for proper sanitizing. The cord is fine for bathrooms but I have to change outlets for my kitchen and laundry room.
