I had a steam mop years ago from a different brand. Eventually it broke and parts weren’t available. When I saw this steam mop from Karcher, it looked like just the right replacement for my old one. A month ago, I bought this for my wife-she loves it and I am more than impressed! It’s well-built and does a great job on our ceramic tile and light refresh cleaning of our high traffic carpet areas. I am a former cleaning professional, now retired after 43 years in the industry. I know Karcher manufactures excellent cleaning equipment and the price point can’t be beat for something this well-made.

I bought this a month ago and it's amazing. The pump on my old steam mop broke and I hadn't realized how poorly it was doing until I used this one! It would be 5 stars but the cord really is kind of short. I don't mind so much because the rest of it is way better than my old mop, but I might consider getting an extension cord so I don't have to plug into three different places just to mop the house. It also doesn't stand up on its own so we had to put in a wall book to hold it upright when not in use. Also not a deal breaker but was a nice feature on my old mop.

This is the fifth Karcher product purchased. All the others, with this being the exception, are cordless. My assumption was this was also cordless since no cord appeared in the product picture. Surprise! If I want to use this latest product, I'm going to be tethered to a wall. It still sits in the garage unused.
