I am a big fan of Vitamix and have been for years. I have almost every Vitamix product and I just bought the Aer and looked at the small recipe book with the very limited number of recipes. I tried to make foam milk but it didn't work. Whipped cream turned out fine but I can do whipped cream in the regular wet blender. Almost everything else in the recipe book such as mayo and hollandaise can be make in the regular wet jarl. So I'm not sure what the specific use of Aer is. It seems to me that the Are usage is more geared to alcoholic beverages. Would love to have more detailed information on how to use this product.

Easy to use and fun!

I made simple syrup in the Aer and it worked amazing! I had always bought this before because I would always end up forgetting the syrup was cooking and burn my pans. The Aer made the process so simple and it turned out great! My kids also like making lemonade in this and really enjoy how the lemon slices come out clean in the middle, its a bit of a science experiment while cooking. Overall thrilled with the Aer Disc!

I bought my Vitamix A3500 over a year ago and wanted a smaller container to use. I use it for making pastes and etc. I have only great things to say about my blender, etc. It is so much easier to use than the BlendTech that I was using earlier. Thanks Again!
