This is a very specialized blade with only a few uses but it does those very well. I use it every day as I drink lemon water and it's much easier to slice a lemon and toss in there with water then it is to juice a few lemons. I just have to strain out the lemon rinds and I can drink as is or add sugar, sometimes I add other fruit as well. It's fast and easy for whipping cream as well but unless I'm in a hurry I prefer using my mixer as it's not easy to get the cream out from under the blade.

Purchased this during a sale. The recipe book that came with it I have found to be worthless. Nothing in the recipe book that I will make. I’ve tried a few things on my own and everything has been so-so. I could have just used my frother on my espresso machine. I’ve looked online for further recipes and not much luck. Waste of money and now it sits on counter, not impressed.
