I use this for fruity cocktails- slice the citrus and add the liqueurs and spirits and whirl away. The citrus will be juiced with the rind intact. Easier cleanup than any juicer. I do wish there were more recipes in a booklet or online, it's pretty sparse.

Perfect Hollandaise & easy mojitos

The AER is so amazing. I love to make eggs benedict and making hollandaise was always time-consuming and difficult. The AER makes this so easy and fast. I also used it for wonderful mojitos, you can make them by the batch for a party.

Can't get the foam even following the recipe

Had some high hope on this Aer Disc to create milk foam for my cold brewed coffee. Tried couple times following the recipe and could not get the foam texture. Not sure if I were doing the right thing but it can't be this hard either.
