Lemonade is so easy now

this is probably my favorite product for Vitamix. My kids love lemonade but i always hated squeezing the lemons. Now i just cut the lemons (with peel attach), add strawberry, water, and sugar. Something that use to take 30 minutes now takes about 10. Tips: use meyer lemon. The rind doesn't make the lemon bitter

Good for chutneys

While I love using my Vitamix blender, and did used to use it to make chutneys, it wasn't the right, chunky consistency. The Aer disc allows me to make better chutneys. Thank you, Vitamix, for making high-quality and durable products. Though, I do wish the products were as good/high quality as back 10 years ago even.

Love my Vitamix. Use it very often with both the liquid and dry containers. Bought the Aer Disc Container for one purpose... to whip up aquafaba. I couldn't get it to whip up to peaks like I had hoped (like egg whites), but I still appreciate what it did. Looking forward to more recipes where I could really make use of the aerator disc.
