Good for chutneys

While I love using my Vitamix blender, and did used to use it to make chutneys, it wasn't the right, chunky consistency. The Aer disc allows me to make better chutneys. Thank you, Vitamix, for making high-quality and durable products. Though, I do wish the products were as good/high quality as back 10 years ago even.

Love my Vitamix. Use it very often with both the liquid and dry containers. Bought the Aer Disc Container for one purpose... to whip up aquafaba. I couldn't get it to whip up to peaks like I had hoped (like egg whites), but I still appreciate what it did. Looking forward to more recipes where I could really make use of the aerator disc.

I use this for fruity cocktails- slice the citrus and add the liqueurs and spirits and whirl away. The citrus will be juiced with the rind intact. Easier cleanup than any juicer. I do wish there were more recipes in a booklet or online, it's pretty sparse.
