This thing is just too much fun! I love when you can find so many new uses for a staple kitchen item like the Vitamix blender. Since recieving this for review from Vitamix, I have made mojitos, absolutely amazing hollandaise sauce (which can be very tough to get right made otherwise), and even killer chai lattes.
The Aer really does a beautiful job in aerating your creations without busting up the larger ingredients. The resulting texture is wonderfully smooth. Much more so than emulsifying by hand. Well done, Vitamix! This one is a keeper.

Such a fun and useful addition to our arsenal of kitchen tools! As always with Vitamix products, the container itself is highly durable & easy to clean. We immediately tried a recipe that involved muddling fruit and it worked fantastically. We also tried a delicious vinaigrette - it was ready in no time with little hands on work from us! We use our Vitamix every day (often 4-5 times per day), so we're thrilled to incorporate this into our routine & looking forward to trying whipped cream next. *We were sent this product in exchange for an honest review. Must have for every kitchen

It is needless to say that Vitamix is the best blender on the market, and I was super excited when I heard of a new Aer Disc Container for my Vitamix blender. Being a food photographer and stylist for many years, Ive been looking for such a container which will help me to make delicate foods such as emulsions, cocktails, whipped creams... and what is super cool that it works on ALL Vitamix machines! Now I got to go to make a strawberry lemonade for the family in my Aer Disc Container)

A unique and much needed kitchen tool

The innovative blade design makes this an essential tool for the kitchen. I was extremely impressed when I made the blackberry panna cotta and noticed how only the essential berry part was shaved off while the white core was left behind. My new favorite kitchen tool!

Just when I thought I couldn't love my Vitamix any more, I have fallen for the Aer Disc Container! This tool exceeded my expectations in terms of what it can do and how well it performs. My husband is really into making cocktails and the Aer is a game changer for him in terms of muddling and chilling. Because the Aer uses a disc and not a blade, ice chills the drink and doesn't get broken down or blended. Huge time-saver! I've been using it literally every day for making hot and cold foams for professional-looking lattes. And it whips cream and aquafaba perfectly. I am so happy that the container is BPA-free because that is really important to me. I use the Aer so regularly that it sits on my counter 24/7. Love it! What a Fun New Toy!

I’m already a huge fan of Vitamix products and had high expectations for the Aer - and it did not disappoint!! So far I’ve used it to make Strawberry Lemondade (so good and perfect for summer entertaining) and chai lattes (that foam!!!). What I like avout the Aer is that it’s a one stop shop and eliminates the need for different gadgets to whip, muddle, emulsify, and make foam. Also, it’s amazing how fast it works. I’d highly recommend this product and think it would make a perfect gift.

What an amazing addition to my Vitamix tools!

Mind blown! Vitamin sent me the Aer Disc Container to test and I couldn't be more delighted with the results! Emulsions are velvety smooth and come together in seconds (lots of aioli been happening here- garlic, chipotle, sriracha...) and it's easy to make just what you need. We've also been whipping up lots of cream to welcome strawberry season! It's so easy to use and truly delivers high quality results. And, when my kids decide the whip something up, they no longer go rummaging for other gadgets and mixers and I don't find splatter where I can't reach, meaning much easier clean up if you know what I mean! Simply put, it has streamlined so much of what we do. I couldn't be happier to have this is my arsenal!

Obsessed with this new attachment for my Vitamix!! I received an Aer for free so I can give it a try and submit a review and I am completely in love with it!! I use my vitamix a few times a week and I love that now with the Aer I can make sauces and fun cocktails sooo easily! Can't wait to experiment more with it!
