Obsessed with all the AER!

I use my Vitamix for all the things, except for emulsifying, whipping, and frothing. The new Aer container makes all those other things possible. My newest love (for summer) is iced matcha lattes and this container is the ticket to smooth, creamy, frothy lattes sans clumps of matcha. Definitely putting it to good use. Game-changer!

I really didn't think my Vitamix could get any better. Now, with this Aer Disc Container, I am able to create amazingly fluffy whipped creams and foams. I can't wait to try the muddling and emulsifying options as well. So far I've used it to create fruit-flavored foams for lattes, whipped creams, and today I muddled strawberries and basil to make popsicles.
This really is a game-changer. The addition of this jar basically replaces 4 other appliances in my kitchen, making my Vitamix nearly the only appliance I need on a daily basis.
It really is the perfect gift, especially for someone who already owns a Vitamix. I highly recommend this product.

Great Size and Perfect Texture Everytime!

I received my Vitamix a few weeks ago and have used it every week since. I love the size of the container and how well the aer disc works. The recipe booklet that came with the container has fantastic recipes. The Tomato-Basil Vinaigrette is so flavorful and the overall texture is perfect. I love how the aer disc emulsifies and aerates. It's perfect for any level of home cook! Now that I've made four recipes from the booklet (the mojito is FANTASTIC) I'm now confident to go on and try my own. Vitamix has once again created a useful, smart and efficient kitchen tool.

So Versatile!

I have been a Vitamix owner for several years, and use mine literally everyday, possibly twice a day! As a avid smoother drinker, dip maker, and sauce lover, vitamix is my go-to kitchen appliance. And this new Aer Disc just takes it to the next level! Now I can more easily make aioli!! I will do that every week. And whipped cream! I'm sold. Cocktails with egg whites to be frothy. And lets not get started about my daily matcha. I adore this product. It makes cooking easier, and especially for summer where I would rather be outside, it makes cooking faster and more delicious!

Absolute MAGIC!

We are already big fans of the Vitamix -- so naturally when the Aer came out we were eager to try it out! We love making drinks, both cocktails and fun fruit infusions, so the first thing we tried was a simple strawberry lemonade. IT WAS PERFECTION. And it took all of 2 minutes to make. Since then we've made so many drinks and every time the Aer produces the most perfect muddle and foam. Lastly, cleanup is a breeze since it's dishwasher safe. I can't recommend the Aer enough! **The product was provided to me in exchange for an honest review. All opinions expressed are my own.**

Vitamix is one of the most used kitchen gadgets in our home. So when I received the AER Disc Container for review, I was super thrilled! I make a lot of desserts, and this beautifully designed gadget has been very useful for whipped cream, mocktails for my kids, and panna cotta which comes out wonderful! I used it to make muddled cocktails as well, and loved how it turned out! I am excited to try vinaigrettes next and hollandaise sauce! The best part is how easy it to clean and it requires less fuss and mess! Loving the new Aer Disc container

Our Vitamix is already a beloved kitchen tool in our home and the new Aer disc container did not disappoint. It’s been great for creating incredibly frothy chilled summer drinks and whipping up silky smooth desserts. It’s very quick and simple to use while producing light and airy results. Thus far I’ve used it to create the iced chai lattes and blackberry panna cotta. Both of which were creamy and delightful. I’m excited to try it out on future sauces as well. We spend a lot of time here @thefeedfeed in the kitchen, and we're always testing out new and exciting products - but none have changed the game for us, quite like the Aer has. We've found ourselves using it for everything, from making perfect emulsions to berry studded whipped cream.
