This product does it all!

This Aer Disc Container is genius! I used it to make strawberry whipped cream for a no churn ice cream recipe, and it came together in a matter of seconds (using a hand held beater takes forever and is a lot messier!). I also love that it can crush and muddle fruit simultaneously, which is a task I'd formerly leave to the bartenders. It’s very easy to clean and it would makes a great gift. Easiest cocktail I ever did make

With three young kids making cocktails at home has replaced going out for drinks after work for my husband and I on most days. This means more experimenting with cocktails in the kitchen and the new Aer could not make it any easier. Instead of the multitude of steps it often takes to make a good cocktail (much less a batch of good cocktails) the Aer is able to combine muddling and shaking into one easy and no mess action. Though I haven't used it for emulsifying purposes yet, I am thrilled at the idea of whipping up a quick hollandaise for fresh asparagus at a moments notice.

Is it a problem if I make whipped cream every day?

I love my Vitamix! With Whole30 and Paleo eating, I'm using it all of the time, so when I got this Aer Disc Container and saw that I could emulsify in an instant, I was sold! Can anyone say healthy hollandaise, yummy vinaigrettes, and all of the aiolis?! I can even satisfy my sweet tooth with whipped cream. This product is so versatile, and it's an amazing addition to my kitchen! ***I was sent this product for free in exchange for a review, but the opinions above are my own.***

Amazing Tool!

Over the last four years, the Vitamix blender has been a longstanding favorite kitchen appliance of mine. Nothing beats the expertise, versatility and design of the Vitamix. Which is why I was beyond excited to hear of a new addition to the Vitamix family - the Aer! The moment I received the package, I ripped open the box as if it was Christmas morning and immediately made a coconut milk matcha latte - heaven! I’ve always wanted a thick layer of foam, but could never achieve it at home. I used the Aer to create a frothy layer of coconut milk, and within minutes, I had a cafe style iced matcha latte.
From frothing, to emulsifying, to making panna cotta all in one blender - I am honestly over the moon to have the Aer in my kitchen. I will be experimenting with it all summer long. Cheers to innovation!

Super Awesome Addition to my Vitamix!

I got my Aer Disc Container a few weeks ago, and I immediately fell in love with it! I use it few times a day, when I am making coffee and when I am making a strawberry lemonade.

A new kitchen workhorse

I had a Vitamix for a few years now and couldn't be more excited when Aer became available. We make a lot of drinks at our house--for the kids and adults--and it was a breeze to make lemonade, London fog, matcha latte, and mojitos. I also use a lot of whipped cream, yogurt, and cheese in my desserts and everything was whipped up in less than a minute with the perfect texture. I can't wait to try the other functions. With the Aer disc, we have given away our milk frother and hand held blender.
