I got the Vitamix because it makes the best shakes, better than a regular blender. The Aer disk container I got at a lower promotional price and it is awesome to make my nutritious shakes then I add some sparkling and cool it off with ice. Want to add a froth to any beverage use the Aer disk container. The soups you can make with this is awesome.

While I do believe the price for some of these accessories are on the high side, they do perform wonderfully. This container makes amazing hot chocolate and hollandaise sauce :)

Lemonade is so easy now

this is probably my favorite product for Vitamix. My kids love lemonade but i always hated squeezing the lemons. Now i just cut the lemons (with peel attach), add strawberry, water, and sugar. Something that use to take 30 minutes now takes about 10. Tips: use meyer lemon. The rind doesn't make the lemon bitter
