Using the AER disc to make whipped cream was pretty amazing, fast, but I also didn't have to worry about the splatter that always happens when I whip in a bowl. I hope there will be more recipes coming soon, but I will experiment a bit myself.

I've used this Aer disc container to make coconut cream, paleo "sour cream" and other sauces and condiments that fit into a healthy lifestyle and have had fantastic results. It makes a much better consistency than using a food processor or the regular Vitamix container. I highly recommend the Aer Disc Container.

I quite like this container and have had fun trying out different drinks. If you are someone that likes to experiment in food/drink preparation you may enjoy the aer disc. One limitation I found is there are not that many recipes that came in the accompanying book. Also if you like to use the Vitamix app (with scale) it doesn’t appear to have any recipes for the aer disc or the ability to add this container for new recipes. Hopefully Vitamix will add the aer disc to the app.
