I've had my Vitamix for years and love it, but unfortunately I don't feel the same way about the Aer Disc container. There are only a few things you can use it for, which admittedly is evident from the marketing. Other reviews mention that it comes with very limited recipes, which is true, and very frustrating. However, my biggest issue is that it comes with no instructions at all (except for how to wash it). They do not tell you HOW to use it to foam, emulsify, muddle, or whip. All you have to go on are the measly 11 recipes they provide. Therefore, I've only used it twice, once to make a foamed beverage, which worked, and once to make Hollandaise sauce, which turned out way too thick even though I followed the recipe. I regret making this purchase - it was a waste of money.

I love this Are Disc Container. It is so easy to froth milk for our coffee or whip cream for a dessert. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because I would love to use it more with more recipes. It fits perfectly on my existing Vitamin 7500 base.

I bought this container, but I find it is not that useful. When I do use it, I am almost forcing myself to find a reason to use it. It does work for its intended purpose, I just wouldn't recommend buying it.

I purchased the Aer Disc Container for whip cream and other emulsification purposes. Regret the purchase as making whipped cream in the container does not incorporate much 'AER' so the loft is minimal and then what little is made is extremely difficult to remove.
