I have had the Aer Disc about a month and have only used it so far for cold foam (making coffee beverages) and hot chocolate. Both had great results, although it takes a long time to do the hot chocolate so I would probably do a combo of microwave and aer disc frothing in the future. I REALLY wish there were more recipes for this container!! Hopefully I will find more as more people use it.

Bought the AER container after watching videos online. When I first saw this at costco, thought it was a gimmick. Nothing of the kind. After using this I can truly say there is no other device on the market that can replicate its capabilities. Eggless Aoli, ceasar dressing, Nonfat lattes, only thing I havent done is muddle and all surpass any other device or technique

I am glad I got this container. Whenever I made salad dressings in the standard container it would splash and go all over. But in this Aer Disc container the liquids don't get splashed around but are sucked through the disc. I love it for salad dressings. Have yet to make smoothies in it but will when it gets warmer. We don't consume mixed drinks so can't speak to that either. But I am happy with my purchase.
