Adds volume to homemade vegan ice cream

We purchased this container mostly for the whip feature and we are not disappointed with the results! I am gluten, dairy and soy intolerant so I use coconut milk/cream for most of my whip cream, ice cream, etc., products. This container added a smooth, light texture to my coconut whipped cream that was quite delightful.

I love my aer disc container. I am amazed on all the special drinks and sauces you can make without a lot of hassles. Foam, hollandaise sauce, muddle drinks and more.

Hi I love my blender but is NOT impressed by the service in Europe no Aer™ Disc Container the European website is very bad please improve it ! We love your products but please improve your services!

This is the container I keep on my machine. Every morning I fill it with distilled water to the top of the lines, add 1 lemon cut in slices and process this for 1 minute, then strain it into water bottles to bring to work: SO much easier than juicing lemon and adding zest as the muddling extracts the oils. I drink this daily to keep my body alkaline, and have not had a viral infection in three years.
I have made white sauce: so glossy and white! My husband loves his coffee and cream whipped up in here. It is even easier to make whipped cream in here than thawing out Cool Whip, not to mention flavoring it any way your fancy takes you.
Did I NEED to buy this? No, but am I glad I bought it, YES!

WOW! I must admit I was surprised by the power of the Aer Disc Container. It whirled through lemon slices and strawberries to make the most refreshing drink. However, it didn’t purée it to a slurry. I guess that’s what they mean by muddle. I really like my newest addition, the Aer Disc Container. There is no disappointment in Vitamix!
