The Aer disc container is so convenient, and it does a great job. I look forward to many great recipes that I’m sure the Vitamix website will come up with.

I wanted to wait a little bit before I wrote a review. At 1st I wasn't sure I would keep this container. It seemed like a lot of money when I had a perfectly good blender jar to make smoothies, etc. I have ended up using this at least once a day. I absolutely love making fruit flavored water in it. My husband and sons are big fans too! I hate drinking water and I crave It when made this way. I even got up at 10:30 last night to make a batch. very happy with my purchase! Can't wait to explore all it has to offer!!
I've been using it to make strawberry and blueberry water. We make it with warmer water, and a couple of slices of lemon. It's amazing as an after-dinner drink in the winter. I've made a few frothy sauces too.

If you are the one, who makes a lot of margaritas, its totally worth it. It makes some delicious frothy drinks. I have never used it for anything other than that, but I guess it can make some good salad dressings as well.

I've had the aer disc for over a month and though I like(d) the idea it really doesn't work all that well for anything. I though it would be lovely for froth on coffee 1) it's way too big to froth a small about 2) it won't froth nut milks but none of the frothers will do too well at least according to all the stories. It's way too big to make mayo unless I want to through 3/4 of it out and I'm not willing to do that. I asked about a 32 oz jar and they obviously have a big family if they think that a 48 oz jar will take the place of a 32 oz jar. Wouldn't waste my money again.
