I got the Aer Disc Container in a bundle with my new A2500. After doing some research on the web I really didn’t think I would use it much. I looked up a few different things to try and I love it. How can it extract the flavor pulp from fruit and leave the rind intact? Some kind of witchcraft at work I am sure. Regardless of the demons I may conjure up in my kitchen I will continue to explore all the wonderful thinks it is capable of.

I've used this new container to 'muddle' a few times but mostly I have been using it to make mayo, whipped cream and froth for my coffees. SOOOO easy and so delicious.

I looooooove Pancotta! And it is by far my favorite thing to use this container for. I like that I can have this silky smooth Italian desert any time I want sugar free! The cocktails and the fluff stuff this baby makes is awesome!

Makes simple syrup in minutes; great for whipped

I really do love this container. I make ginger infused simple syrup for homemade gingerly in 2 minutes. I have made several of the cocktail recipes and it's great for whipped creams and froths.
