Excellent attachment for the Vitamix!

I bought the aer disc container a few weeks ago and I love it! I use it every day to make healthy infused water, using fresh lemons, cucumbers, berries, mint or basil.

excellent whipping

It's slightly expensive for the features but whipping and muddling functions are excellent, I have never been able to whip egg whites with my cuisinart hand blender but this was v easy.

Best lemonade ever!

I actually bought the Aer™ Disc Container and then forgot I had it for a few months. Then I was browsing Vitamix recipes and saw its applications. My husband loves lemonade so I went out and bought a large bag of fresh lemons and started making lemonade, strawberry lemonade, peach lemonade, and raspberry lemonade. I could not keep lemons in stock! Since then I have also ventured into Mohitos and creams and am slowly expanding my repertoire. This is an amazing accessory!

I love this container, I can now make cold foam to add to my espresso drinks, like starbucks has, not only that....I can muddle my drinks for an amazing highlight for a girls night!! I love this product!

who needs this much foam? maybe I could justify the purchase if I used it Every day and not my normal blender attachment, but for me I would want the small cup single server attachment size one !
