I have had my Vitamix (an older 5200) and purchased this because I wanted to foam almond milk for my coffee. It is amazing. I add a little warmed skim milk and then the almond milk and pour it over my coffee and it is heaven. I wouldn't be without it.

I love this little container! I mainly got it for making hollandaise sauce, I think the recipe could use a little tweaking but that’s no fault of the container, it’s a real treat! I was really surprised at how well it handled muddling fruits for lemonade and cocktails! Next up is the aioli!!

This is so much fun! I love making my cold foam at home and I’ve used cold foam for a tastier and lighter topping on pies! I also made some rockin aioli. Only reasons not rating 5 star is it’s not something I use all the time so price point was a bit high for me to buy this toy. But now that I have it I do think it’s worth it considering it’s vitamix high quality and will last me hopefully a very long time. Can’t wait to make my egg nog this year and gin fizzes when weather warms again
