Make a great hollandaise sauce.
Otherwise you would rather use the standard container (the one for wet ingredients that comes default with your blender). Does not process lemon or grapefruits well, even when following the recipes, and result is quite bitter. Even hot chocolate is better with other containers. So unless you make a lot of hollandaise, skip this (costly!) add-on.
