The Aer container is marketed as a solution to easily whip and muddle. While it can perform in these areas, you must be very careful to watch the temperature. This gets very hot and can quickly heat recipes you would like to remain cold. It strongest performance is in preparing hot liquids, but the standard container performs this task. The Aer container also can run quite loud. Overall, this addition was a questionable purchase, at best.

Foams with Plant Based

I was excited to confirm that I can successfully recreate some of my favorite drinks at home. The more exciting news is that I was also able to make my plant based “milk” options give me the foam that I was not able to achieve without the AER Disc Container. =)

I misread the discription. Have gone back to look at this the actual description. This is a drink unit. It does not work on solid food. I'm sure it's useful for its intended purpose but it is not what i was looking for

I used this to infuse my water with the power of ginger and it boy did work. I just add warm - not HOT- water and unpeeled ginger. Now just add some sparking water and you got GINGER ALE!!! Sinus Cleared

I absolutely was waiting for either a glass or stainless steel container. So happy it was they Vitamix decided on stainless steel - way more durable.
Love the size and it's not heavy, still cleans the same as clear plastic containers. I
like that it is slightly shorter than my clear container as I can now keep it stored on the base under my low cabinets. Very convenient.

It is a really nice product and there are many good recipes to make with it. But for a vegan and teetotaler like me, I personally find it being used very occasionally. I got to use it only once in more than a month. And the only use I can think of is to make foam for coffee or hot chocolate and for that too you need to use skimmed milk to get good results!

I haven’t quite used it enough to give it 5 stars but I’m impressed so far with the foaming and muddling it can do! I had 2 that were defective but vitamix helped me immediately!
