PERFECT FOR WHOLE FOODS PLANT BASED DIET

We already had our standard vitamix and were becoming quite proficient with using it for vegan food preparation. Buying the Aer Disc was a great choice. It takes our vegan recipes to the next level. I would encourage anyone who thinks they need a high speed blender, don't hesitate. Go buy the vitamix and the attachments. It will provide you with essential tools to take your cooking to professional.

I bought this container at the same time I bought my Vitamix, but didn’t pull it out until last Christmas when the store was out of prepared whipped cream. Add some cream and a little sugar and voila, you have the best whipped cream in minutes. Next to try using this to make mock tails and yummy coffee beverages!

I didn’t realize when purchasing this online I was getting a whole new container, I thought I was getting a interchangeable disc. I use this when I don’t want everything completely blended but want flavor from the ingredients. Or things like flavored whipped cream. Cleanup is just too easy❣️

I am not sure that this gadget does anything better than my original vitamix container. ~ I am still experimenting with it. If nothing else,it will be a backup blender container in case my original one breaks. I was hoping for more options. I don't make cocktails, so it is no use to me in that department. ~ I am very happy with my original Vitamix blender and I have used it everyday for years.

I could not believe how amazing this Aer Disc container is. I mainly bought it to make whip cream and found out I can do so much more then that. I know use this to make foam milk, great whipped chocolate custard and fluffy eggs. I am so happy with this product.
