We understand that toast time is an important part of the experience. Since Sync Oven uses a larger cooking chamber and is designed to support multiple cooking functions, its toast times may differ from those of a dedicated toaster built only for bread.

I couldn't be happier with my Typhur Sync Oven. So far, everything I've cooked has come out perfectly! It cooks food faster than expected while still delivering excellent results every time.
One of my favorite features is how evenly it browns foods, no more rotating pans or dealing with hot spots. The top heating element does an amazing job creating beautiful color and crispness on everything from casseroles to roasted vegetables.
I also love the stainless-steel interior. It looks sleek, feels durable, and is much easier to keep clean than traditional oven interiors.
The combination of speed, even cooking, thoughtful design, and consistent results has made this oven a joy to use. It has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an oven that truly performs as advertised.

Great feature set, a bit worried about reliability

Great feature set, and it cooks very fast, but I am a bit worried about long term reliability. I am a couple weeks in and the thermometer magnet is really fussy. If you don’t get the probe case back on the magnet perfectly, it cycles in and out of the temp based cooking mode and it’s very frustrating. If it’s already doing that, I’m concerned what it will look like in a few months. It also never seemed to get past the preheat stage on broil even after like 15 min. Not sure if that is normal or a fluke. There are a few things I miss from my Breville. I miss having the rack that would automatically pop out, and the toast function also takes quite a while to toast bread. I think that’s a symptom of how far the heat coils are from the rack. All in all, I am happy with the device outside those quirks. The thermometer range is pretty decent as well as I took it out to my smoker and was able to read the temp still which was a nice plus!

Amazing!

Bought when my oven died and learned it would take weeks to get parts. Now I rarely use that oven. Typhur is wonderful for baking, reheating, roasting, etc. Meats brown beautifully. Chicken parts are done much faster. Great fries and schnitzel without deep frying. Ideal for elderly - so much easier to get foods in and out than a big oven. If you have room for it in your kitchen, buy it!

Careful of the HOT door!

It is very quiet, which I like. As mentioned in the manuals, the outside of the oven gets hot, which is does. Enough that it’s uncomfortable to put your hand on it. However, the door get EXTREMELY hot, like burn immediately if you touch it, hot. I strongly recommend that you use oven mitts, not pot holders went putting things into a preheated oven or pulling something out. It would be nice if the metal on the door had a similar air gap as the rest of the appliance.
