We sent ours back since the roasting tray peeled after the first use. We would have kept it if we could have been supplied with a straight steel pan with no application, but were told it could only be replaced with the exact same type of tray. Regrettable since the machine appeared to function well and looked nice.

So far, I love it. The meat probe works better than expected. Still learning the ins and outs of the oven. Pork chops, Ribeye steak, Chicken Breast and Salmon all turned out great. Pizza mode I still need to figure out. My first thin crust pizza was a little over cooked. The rising crust pizza was under done needed more time. I'm thinking keeping the temperature and varying the time and keeping a chart on what works best with each type of pie. Baking frozen Lasagna followed instructions on the box. Used the oven mode and turned out great. Tried the French Toast in the recipe book. Turned out okay but I still like the sear that a griddle puts on each side. My second try I put on the griddle and then finished in the oven. Here I need to figure what works best.

After recently discovering our old toaster oven had PFOAs, we went on the hunt for something without that. Not only is the oven cleanly manufactured, the performance is incredible. We've mostly used it for re-heating things so far, we don't even use our microwave anymore really. The interface is sleek and modern, intuitive to use and digital. Barely scratched the surface of what we can do with it, but I'm already completely satisfied with what it's doing right now. Anything that we can fit in this thing will take priority over our traditional oven. Recommended buy.
