There is a learning curve but I am enjoying it. Switched out my Dome for it. I haven't air fried yet. I have done everything else with it.

Still learning how to use all the functions on the oven. It does a great job on bagels and toast! I have cooked fried clams, coconut shrimp and a steak. All came out great. I have been using Typhur temperature probes for a while and they do a great job monitoring food temperature and oven temperature. This oven has a quality feel. The racks and baskets are sturdy. The oven walls clean easily.
