When looking up online recipes, it seems you need to lower the temp or put it in for less minutes than traditional ovens. It's not a bad thing, just a constant readjustment. I wish the bottom heat rods had covers on them so I didn't worry so much about grease splatter. It would be nice for this feature to have an automatic power off feature once the oven is open for 5 min. It seems to stay on for a long time, even after completion.
The wireless thermometer is a game changer for whole chickens, ducks and beef and probably the best thing about this, however I probably just needed something that toasted bread and air fried. With time, Im sure I will love it more but for now Im on the fence.

I love this thing. Today I cooked roasted carrots, parsnips, potatoes, onions and two game hens. I roasted the veggies for 45 minutes and then added the game hens with the thermometer. The result was amazing.

Great Addition to My Dome 2.

I purchased this about 2 months after I purchased the Dome 2 (LOVE that product) to cover the gaps and augment the Dome 2. Whole chickens, meatloaf, Mac and cheese, and/or anything too tall to fit in the Dome 2. I had concerns there would be too much overlap with the Dome 2, but nope the compliment each other well in my kitchen. This and the Dome 2 get daily use in my kitchen especially during the work week - just makes making MEALS quick and easy after a work day. The attached probe, with the app and the AI in the app make cooking anything easy. It took me a bit to realize I didn’t have to guess the settings, just put it in the AI and you get the answers. Similar to the Dome 2, I’ve had other counter ovens, but they weren’t used that often. This one I use daily.

This is much more than an air fryer. I’ve made the best pork chops, chicken drumsticks, fries, potatoes, etc in here. I love this appliance. It shuts off when food is done. No more dry or undercooked food.

Wow this oven works great, I purchased so that I could do small items without heating the large oven that takes 25 minutes to pre heat. This one takes 5 or less and my bake time is about half. I am still adjusting time and temp from traditional recipes but with the help of the thermometer, I have not had any issues with overcooking.

After two frustrating years with Our Place oven, we decided to get Typhur Sync since we like the air fryer so much. Typhur Sync is a fantastic! Although we haven't tried all of the features yet, it's a solid work horse and very easy to clean. 10/10
