Great speed range, nearly silent below EF-1 speed! Does have slight rattle during occliation. Great for everything from my Home-Hemo-Dialysis treatments to spinning on my Stationary Recumbent Bicycle. Top fan speed, a good scenic video, outdoor scented air freshener, can tak me back to a high speed run down Mt Tamalpis (sp?) in California. A small ceramic heater makes it an ALL SEASON choice. It is FELINE SAFE, they seem to think jumping through it takes them to different worlds!

The fan is well designed and beautiful as well as quiet and functional. Plus side, also have no worries about the little ones putting their fingers in it. Moves bunches of air...blends in well with the rest of the furniture. Great prouduct..remote work well too. Well worth the investment. VERY SATISFIED! Great product Dyson.

This unit puts out a lot of cool air with little noise. More noise than compared to the heating unit I have, but sill a lot less than a traditional standing fan.

The Dyson Tower Fan is ALL any advertisement has deemed it to be! Quiet, efficient, powerful, and directions that are user friendly...it also includes a remote.

We bought because it quiet. Now don't think its soundless. On the highest setting its maybe as loud as "regular" fan on the lowest setting. If your looking for something that is quiet this is the one your looking for. Once it's at level 5 it's hardly noticeable, and at level 3 it might as well be soundless. There are 10 levels and it is awesome. Very easy set-up, nice remote control. I can't say enough good. Just want to make sure others have realistic expectations. If you buy this you will not be sorry. Best of luck :)

Save your money! Quietest, sleekest, fan ever! We will definitely get the heater version for winter! If you have children it is safe as bladeless and if you are OCD it's so easy to clean! Love the many speed selections!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!! Great for small, narrow spaces and you can put it on your deck to blow away mosquitos! (great idea, I know!!!) Oscillates and remote control is great!
