Had an issue with unit not keeping humidity down to normal levels. After contacting Waykar, they asked me to do a test of the unit and provide them pictures of the results. It was determined there was an issue and they are sending out a replacement unit. This is exactly the service I was hoping to receive. I will definitely be a Waykar customer in the future.

I bought the machine two weeks ago I am glad I did that , because it work great 👍 and smooth. It is not too loud, very easy to use it. I don’t know about using the electric. Otherwise very easy to clean up the filter.

Had a 50 pint and wanted to upgrade to 80 pint. Does not seem to be able to get the humidity under 52%. Not that large of a basement.

I bought this dehumidifier because the humidity inside my house was creeping up to 74%, and after running it for about two days, it brought the levels down significantly. It runs efficiently, stays surprisingly quiet in the background, and the tank holds a decent amount of water so I’m not constantly running back and forth to empty it. When it does fill up, pulling out the bucket and dumping it is quick and painless, and the wheels make it super easy to roll between rooms. It’s done exactly what I needed it to do, and the air in the house feels so much more comfortable now.

Good Investment For Hot and Humid Summers

I purchased my first dehumidifier in the late spring and it has been extremely helpful. Not sure how I survived before without one. I moved to TN in 2025... where the humidity in the summer is not pleasant. The 120 Pint works wonders for my house. The immediate area where I keep the dehumidifier already feels less humid after a few minutes of run time. Within 15 minutes, most of my house feels so much better. I also appreciate when the water reservoir is full the dehumidifier will alert me. Definitely a good investment to get through hot and humid summers.

I bought this for our large basement and it definitely keeps it dry. I got this model because of the pump feature so I don't want to empty it every day. I connected the tubing that came with the unit and have it hanging into our utility sink. The dehumidifier is truly a set-and-forget unit. Love it!
