Great dethatcher!

I had been thinking about renting a dethatcher and instead chose to buy this. If I use it 3 times, it has paid for itself. The ability to change depths is great and easy to do. The only down side is the bag does not capture all of the grass. It seems to be better just to do it without the bag and rake up after. I'm so glad I bought it.

I have only done a small patch of my lawn so far, but am amazed at the amout of thatch it picked up. I wish it had a larger collection bag.

Prurchased this to get my lawn ready for the summer. Works great and nice to have the dethatcher and aerator in a single unit at this price point. Decided on the larger machine to ensure I have no issues.

Works well… assembly instructions could use beefing up. I figured it out but the purpose of instructions is that I shouldn’t have to!

Good value-Thatch catcher needs improvement

The unit is solid. Does a great job dethatching with multi-position capability. Unfortunately, the bottom of the grass catcher has a wide enough gap and not enough angle, which allows grass to collect and fall back onto the lawn after a small run. It required me to stop after each 50' run to empty the bag.

I only had a chance to do a small area had so much rain but was impressed how much dead grass was pulled up. Can’t wait to get better weather.

Easy setup

Pretty quick and easy to put together. Would have been nice if the user manual had more information about USING the product - such as when to use each of the two blades, using on a dry/wet lawn, time of year to aerate/dethatch, can you move forward and backward, etc.
