Really good but could be just a little better

It's very powerful. Needs a longer nozzle and a shoulder strap option. Like the adjustable speed. Needs a 3 year warranty. Home Depot rated it 70db noise level, but Toro's website didn't rate it. Toro needs to rate the noise level. Use hearing protection with it.
I had a Toro blower for 20 years, and used it until the duct tape finally failed. I knew I was going to get another electric (corded) blower to replace mine. Lucky for me the F700 came out just at the right time. Great ergonomic design, powerful performance, and quality materials. I love this blower. And no, I don't work for Toro.
This blower is easy to handle and powerful. It doesn't mulch but I use the lawn mower for that. It also doesn't vacuum.
Toro finally added a clip to retain the cord. On my earlier Toro electrics I had to tie the cord to the handle.
I can only give this 3 star reliability as I haven't had it long. My previous Toro electric blowers didn't last as long as I hoped. They were centrifugal units that could vacuum and mulch. One had the brush assembly break. That was replaced under warranty but the replacement motor failed after 2 years. The third similar motor had a bearing failure after 3 years.
The PowerJet 700 Blower makes short work of blowing leaves. I cleared an area of leaves that would have taken nearly twice as long if I had used my Toro Ultra blower/vac. It's great. I wish I had this a few years ago. I hope it lasts longer than 2 years that my Toro Ultra blower/vac did.
Just purchased the F700 leaf blower very happy. I was reluctant because of the 140 mph and the very low price even though it had 725 cfm. Plus I had no need for a blower / vac for my yard vac is ridiculous. But after reading a few reviews I went for it and I must say for a small handheld unit it's extremely powerful
